Gatineau & Ottawa · Flexible hours · Commission-based · Training provided

What you'll do

  • Knock on doors in residential Gatineau and Ottawa neighbourhoods and introduce homeowners to our driveway maintenance services
  • Present our service clearly and honestly — no pressure tactics, just genuine conversations about real value
  • Book appointments and quote jobs on the spot, handing off to the crew to deliver results
  • Work your own territory across a defined area — manage your day, own your results
  • As you grow, help coach new reps and move into a team lead capacity if that's the direction you want

Asphalt Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

  • Carry out asphalt sealing, crack filling, hot-rubber crack repair, oil-stain treatment, and pressure washing at residential driveways across Gatineau and Ottawa
  • Prep surfaces properly — clean, treat, repair — before applying sealcoat so every job looks and lasts like it should
  • Work alongside your crew efficiently, keeping pace on multi-job days without cutting corners on quality
  • Interact professionally and courteously with homeowners — you represent the Drivewave name on every driveway
  • Keep tools and equipment maintained, site clean, and leave every property looking better than you found it
